Nosh Foods offers personal chef services in addition to health and wellness coaching.  With a team that includes a health coach, registered dietitian, chef, and personal trainers we can address any of your wellness goals, from medical nutrition therapy, in home personal training, health coaching to culinary classes.  Nosh foods cooks for busy families and individuals who want healthy nourishing meals at home, as well as those trying to achieve or maintain specific health and wellness goals.

DELICIOUS HEALTHY MEALS

DELIVERED TO YOU

Services include customized meal planning and recipe curation, grocery shopping, cooking and clean up. Meals can be enjoyed fresh or frozen for later use. Typically cooking is in 4-6 hour time blocks depending on the clients needs.
